Garretson Ridge is a small independent shop offering thoughtfully selected knives, everyday carry, writing tools, leather goods, and useful objects from independent makers. We keep the selection focused so every item has a reason to be here.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Available shipping options and rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Garretson Ridge ships within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return Policy for complete eligibility requirements and instructions before sending anything back.
What is the Return Loop?
The Return Loop gives certain returned goods a second chance to be carried and used. These products have been inspected, accurately described, and priced according to their condition rather than being sold again as new. Return Loop items are final sale.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@garretsonridge.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@garretsonridge.com with your order number and photographs of the package and item. We’ll review the issue and work with you on the appropriate solution.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
